Being a principal, teacher, and mother all at once can be challenging at times, but I am thankful for the large extended family that I have at PHDS. It really touches my heart that the staff, students, and families genuinely care about not only my well-being, but also the well-being of my foster children. I love each and every one of the students that attend PHDS, and I do my best to make sure every student is allowed to be who they are and feel loved for that. One of the most important aspects of our school is that we are accepting of everyone and that we don’t just focus on education but also strive to help the students grow as a person as well.
